Hello!
I haven’t written in a while, mostly because I haven’t felt able to. To be frank, it’s been a rough last few months for all sorts of reasons. Life is hard! I do not particularly like living in rural America, and it’s been especially trying in the midst of an election year! My cat Zadie wasn’t eating and I took her to the vet to figure out why and it turns out she might have liver cancer! I got ghosted by someone for the first time since entering my 30s and I kind of can’t believe that we’re still doing this in the year of our Lord 2024! I keep forgetting to take my SSRIs at the same time every day and not thinking anything of it until I realize that I’m feeling irritable and combative for absolutely no reason! All of this is contributing to a bad spell of writer’s block, which I hope will lift soon.
